After getting the stuck piston out I started the quest for a machine shop to do some work on the block. Namely, hone the cylinder walls, deck the block and give it the hot bath treatment.

Finally! The stuck #3 piston is free! My son, Kai, and I went to the shop today with that one, single goal in mind.
